53 Written statements etc. to be made public
(1)
The Ombudsman must make available to the public the contents of:
(a)
any written evidence given to the Ombudsman in connection with the inquiry; and
(b)
any document produced to the Ombudsman in connection with the inquiry.
(2)
However, the Ombudsman must delete any confidential information from the evidence or document before making it publicly available.
(3)
The Ombudsman may make the evidence or document publicly available in any way the Ombudsman thinks fit.
