16 Modifications of the ASDA drug testing orders
For the purposes of item 13, the modifications of the ASDA drug testing orders are as follows:
(a)
a reference in the ASDA drug testing orders to the Agency is, except in relation to matters that occurred before the transition time, to be construed as a reference to the ASADA;
(b)
such other modifications (if any) as are prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.
