57A Disclosure of information to the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority

(1)

The Commission may disclose information to the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority if the information:

(a)

relates to a sports drug and safety matter (within the meaning of the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority Act 2006); or

(b)

is otherwise relevant to the performance of the functions of the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority.

(2)

If information disclosed under subsection (1) is personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988), the information is taken to be NAD scheme personal information for the purposes of the Australian Sports Anti‑Doping Authority Act 2006.
