20 Continued application of non‑disclosure provisions-ASC officials
(1)
This item applies in relation to any protected information (within the meaning of Part VIIA of the Australian Sports Commission Act 1989) disclosed to the ASC before the transition time.
(2)
Despite the repeal of that Part by this Act, Part VIIA of that Act continues to have effect after the transition time, in relation to the protected information, as if that repeal had not happened.
