123 Biosecurity risk assessment powers
This Division sets out powers that may be exercised for the purpose of assessing the level of biosecurity risk associated with goods that are subject to biosecurity control.
Note:
The powers in this Division may also be exercised in relation to exposed goods and goods in relation to which an exposed goods order is in force (see Division 9).
