100 Delegation
(1)
The Secretary may, in writing, delegate to an officer any or all of the powers or functions of the Secretary under this Act.
(1A)
The Secretary may, in writing, delegate to the Chief Executive Centrelink the Secretary’s function under section 40 of this Act (payment of amount).
(2)
In exercising powers or performing functions under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Secretary.
