99 Standing appropriation
(1)
The Consolidated Revenue Fund is appropriated for the purposes of making:
(a)
payments that the Secretary is satisfied are required to be paid under section 40; and
(b)
payments of amounts under subsection 27(4); and
(c)
payments under subsection 98A(1).
(2)
Paragraph (1)(c) does not extend to payments in relation to the employment of APS employees in the Department.
