36 Legal advice certificate
A certificate complies with this section if the certificate:
(a)
is in an approved form; and
(b)
certifies, as required by the form, one or more of the matters specified in the form; and
(c)
is signed by a legal practitioner, the person or the person’s nominee, as applicable in relation to the matters certified.
