39 Notice to Federal Court
(1)
The Secretary must notify the Federal Court if a person lodges an effective acceptance.
(2)
The notice must:
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
be accompanied by copies of:
(i)
the acceptance; and
(ii)
the legal advice certificate that complies with section 36 and the financial counselling certificate that complies with section 37.
(3)
Subsection (1) does not apply if all relevant representative proceedings referred to in section 9 have been determined, settled or discontinued.
