37 Financial counselling certificate
(1)
A certificate complies with this section if the certificate:
(a)
is in the approved form; and
(b)
certifies, as required by the form, one or more of the matters specified in the form; and
(c)
is signed by a financial counsellor, the person or the person’s nominee, as applicable in relation to the matters certified.
(2)
In this Act:
financial counsellor means a person who is a fully accredited member of a State or Territory association of financial counsellors prescribed by the rules.
