14J References to courts of Territory—transitional
(1)
Unless the contrary intention appears:
(a)
a reference in any Act (including a reference in a provision of this Act other than this Part) to the Supreme Court of the Territory is taken to include a reference to the Supreme Court of Western Australia exercising jurisdiction in or in relation to the Territory under this Act; and
(b)
a reference in any Act to courts of the Territory is taken to include a reference to courts of Western Australia exercising jurisdiction in or in relation to the Territory under this Act.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a reference in the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.
