115 Instruments
(1)
On and after the withdrawal day, an instrument to which this Part applies continues, subject to subsection (2), in full force and effect.
(2)
Subject to section 109, the instrument has effect, in relation to acts, omissions, transactions and matters done, entered into or occurring on or after that day as if a reference in the instrument to the amalgamated organisation from which a constituent part has withdrawn to form a newly registered organisation included a reference to the newly registered organisation.
