120 Certificates in relation to charges
Where:
(a)
a newly registered organisation becomes, under this Division, the holder of a charge; and
(b)
a certificate that:
(i)
is signed by an authorised person; and
(ii)
identifies the charge; and
(iii)
states that the newly registered organisation has, under this Division, become the holder of the charge;
is lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;
that Commission may:
(c)
register the matter in the same way as assignments of charges are registered; and
(d)
deal with, and give effect to, the certificate as if it were a notice of assignment of the charge that had been properly lodged with that Commission.
