243 Designated officers
A designated officer is an officer of:
(a)
in the case of a reporting unit that is the whole of an organisation—the organisation; or
(b)
in any other case—a branch, or one of the branches, that constitutes the reporting unit;
who, under the rules of the reporting unit, is responsible (whether alone or with others) for undertaking the functions necessary to enable the reporting unit to comply with this Part.
