250 Determination of reporting units—rule alterations
(1)
An alteration to rules under section 246, 247 or 249 takes effect on the day that it is certified or determined.
(2)
To avoid doubt, changes in rules under those sections may include changes to the duties of an office (even if during a particular term of office).
