11.02 Address for service—corporations
A notice of address for service for a corporation must be filed by a lawyer.
Note 1:
Division 4.1 deals with lawyers.
Note 2:
A corporation must not proceed in the Court other than by a lawyer—see rule 4.01(2).
Note 3:
The Court may dispense with compliance with the Rules—see rule 1.34.
