11.03 Address for service—proceeding against person in person’s business name
(1)
If an originating application is brought against a business name, the person served must file an address for service in the person’s name.
(2)
A notice of address for service must be accompanied by a statement setting out the name and residential address of any person with whom, at the start of the proceeding or the date specified in the originating application (if any) when the cause of action arose, the person carried on business under the business name.
