11.09 Change of address for service
A person may change the person’s address for service in a proceeding by:
(a)
filing a notice of the change showing the new notice of address for service, in accordance with Form 28; and
(b)
as soon as reasonably practicable, serving a copy of the new notice on each party to the proceeding.
