33.11 Definitions for Division 33.2
In this Division:
Registrar of the Tribunal includes:
(a)
a person:
(i)
who has been appointed as a registrar under section 237 of the ART Act; and
(ii)
to whom powers or functions have been delegated under section 280 of the ART Act; and
(b)
a person who is authorised, under section 286 of the ART Act, to perform or exercise a function or power of the Tribunal.
Tribunal means the Administrative Review Tribunal.
