33.19 No written reasons for decision
If the Tribunal did not give reasons in writing for its decision, the applicant must:
(a)
obtain from the Tribunal, in accordance with subsection 112(5) of the ART Act, a statement in writing of the reasons for its decision; and
(b)
send a copy of the statement to the Registry within 10 days after receiving it.
