34.137 Appearance by NNTT
A person appearing on behalf of the NNTT at a hearing must, at least 5 days before the hearing, file a written notice that includes:
(a)
the person’s name; and
(b)
the office the person holds in the NNTT; and
(c)
the person’s address, telephone number, fax number and email address (if any); and
(d)
a summary of the submissions that the person proposes to make on behalf of the NNTT.
