34.83 Filing documents in Australian market proceeding in New Zealand

(1)

A party may file a document in an Australian market proceeding in a New Zealand registry.

(2)

A party who files a document under subrule (1) must, at the time of filing:

(a)

obtain from the registry a receipt that gives a general description of the document filed; and

(b)

specify whether the document is to be sent to the Court by post, fax or electronic communication; and

(c)

pay the registry an amount to meet the costs of sending the document to the Court in the specified way.
