34.85 Federal Court sittings in New Zealand
(1)
A party to an Australian market proceeding who wants to make an application that the proceeding be conducted, or continued, at a place in New Zealand must file an interlocutory application.
(2)
The application must be accompanied by an affidavit stating:
(a)
the material facts on which the application is based; and
(b)
why the proceeding should be conducted, or continued, in New Zealand.
