141B Membership of Selection Committee
(1)
A Selection Committee is to consist of the following members:
(a)
the Presiding Member;
(b)
2 members determined by the Minister, one of whom has knowledge of environmental conservation issues;
(c)
2 members nominated by the peak industry body referred to in paragraph 141A(1)(b);
(d)
a member nominated by the Ministerial Council.
(2)
A Selection Committee member referred to in paragraph (1)(b), (c) or (d) is to be appointed by the Minister in writing and holds office on a part‑time basis.
