141D Nomination
Within the period specified in a notice under section 141:
the Selection Committee must select a person or persons for nomination according to the request; and
the Presiding Member must, on behalf of the Committee, nominate the person or persons selected by the Committee.
A nomination must:
be in writing; and
be given to the Minister.
A Selection Committee must select only one person in respect of each appointment to be made by the Minister.
Where a person is nominated for appointment, the Presiding Member must attach to the nomination a statement setting out:
details of the person’s qualifications and experience; and
any other information regarding the person that the Committee considers will assist the Minister in deciding whether to appoint the person.
