141P Presiding Member to abolish Selection Committee
Where:
(a)
the Minister has appointed to the Panel a person or persons nominated by a Selection Committee; and
(b)
the Committee has not made any nominations for appointment that have yet to be accepted or rejected by the Minister; and
(c)
there are no matters in a request by the Minister under section 141 or 141E that are still to be dealt with by the Committee;
the Presiding Member must abolish the Committee.
