115 Board
(1)
The affairs of the Authority are to be conducted by a Board to be known as the Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand.
(2)
All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Authority by the Board or with the authority of the Board are taken to have been done by the Authority.
(3)
To avoid doubt, a reference in subsection (2) to a thing done includes a reference to a state of mind attained or an opinion formed.
