119 Remuneration and allowances
This section applies to members of the Board and of committees.
Subject to subsection (3), a person to whom this section applies is to be paid:
such remuneration as is determined by the Remuneration Tribunal but, if no determination of that Tribunal is in force, such remuneration as is prescribed; and
such allowances as are prescribed.
If a person to whom this section applies is also:
in the service or employment of, or of an authority of, the Commonwealth, a State, a Territory or New Zealand on a full‑time basis; or
a person who holds or performs the duties of an office or position established by or under a law of the Commonwealth, a State, a Territory or New Zealand on a full‑time basis;
the person is not entitled to remuneration under this Act.
This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
