122 Meetings
The Board is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
The Chairperson:
may convene a meeting at any time; and
must convene a meeting on receipt of a written request signed by not less than 3 other members.
The Chairperson is to preside at all meetings at which he or she is present.
If the Chairperson is not present at a meeting, the members present must appoint one of their number to preside.
A majority of the members for the time being of the Board as constituted in a particular manner constitute a quorum for the Board as so constituted.
Questions arising at a meeting of the Board as constituted in a particular manner are to be determined by a majority of the votes of the members of the Board as so constituted present and voting.
The person presiding at a meeting of the Board has a deliberative vote and, if necessary, also has a casting vote.
