18 Matters to be specified in permit
A special export permit must set out the following details:
in relation to the permit holder:
if the person is a company—the name and Australian Company Number of the company; and
if the person is another type of organisation—the name of the organisation; and
in any other case—the full name of the person; and
the business address and telephone number of the person;
in relation to the hazardous waste to be exported under the permit:
the name, business address and telephone number of the proposed recipient of the waste; and
the type of the waste; and
the maximum quantity of the waste that may be exported; and
how the waste is to be contained during export; and
how the waste is to be transported during export; and
the time at which, or period during which, the waste is to be exported; and
the port of the importing country to which the waste is to be exported; and
the transit countries; and
the facility at which the waste is to undergo a recovery operation; and
the type of recovery operation the waste is to undergo.
The permit must also set out:
the condition mentioned in regulation 32; and
conditions specified by the CEO under regulation 33; and
other information the CEO considers appropriate.
