101 Hearings
(1)
The Committee may, at any meeting, hold a hearing at which evidence is given, and/or documents are produced, to the Committee.
(2)
The Committee must hold a hearing if it appears to the Committee that the person under review may have engaged in inappropriate practice in providing the referred services.
