106C Allowances for witnesses at hearings

(1)

A person summoned to appear as a witness at a hearing before the Committee is entitled to be paid allowances, fixed by or in accordance with the regulations, for expenses in respect of his or her attendance.

(2)

This section does not apply to the person under review.
