124Q Chairperson to give notice of determinations by Committee
Where a Committee has made a determination in relation to a person, the Chairperson shall, as soon as practicable:
give to the Minister a notice in writing informing the Minister of the terms of the determination and setting out the reasons for the determination; and
give to the person a copy of the notice.
A copy of a notice given to a person under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by a statement in writing to the effect that a person whose interests are affected by the determination may, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, make application to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of the determination.
Any failure to comply with the requirements of this section in relation to a determination does not affect the validity of the determination.
