20AAB Minister may determine categories of professional services
(1)
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine:
(a)
categories of professional services; and
(b)
the professional services that are in specified categories.
Note:
For specification by class, see subsection 13(3) of the Legislation Act 2003.
(2)
Regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 20A(1)(d) may operate by reference to a determination made under subsection (1) of this section.
