Moneys appropriated for the Court

35 Moneys appropriated for the Court

(1)

There are payable to the High Court such moneys as are appropriated by the Parliament for the purposes of the Court.

(2)

The Finance Minister may give directions as to the amounts in which, and the times at which, moneys referred to in subsection (1) are to be paid to the Court.
