Trust moneys

In force

(1)

A separate account or separate accounts shall be kept in the books of the High Court in respect of moneys held by the Court upon trust.

(2)

Any moneys or other property held by the Court upon trust shall be dealt with in accordance with the powers and duties of the Court as trustee.
