37 Application of moneys appropriated for the Court
Moneys paid to the High Court under section 35 shall be applied only:
(a)
in payment or discharge of the costs and expenses of the administration of the affairs of the Court under section 17; and
(b)
in payment of any remuneration and allowances payable under this Act to any person other than a Justice.
