61 Subsections 52(1) and (2)
Repeal the subsections, substitute:
(1)
When a Statute has been made by the Council:
(a)
it must be sealed with the seal of the University; and
(b)
the Council must cause the Statute to be notified in the Gazette; and
(c)
the Statute has the force of law from the day on which it is so notified.
Note:
The heading to section 52 is altered by omitting "approved by Governor‑General and".
