176 Delegations by Minister
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, delegate his or her powers or functions under section 145, 147, 148 or 152 to:
(a)
the Secretary of the Department; or
(b)
an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Department.
(2)
In exercising powers or functions under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Minister.
