Delegations by Executive Director

In force

(1)

The Executive Director may, in writing, delegate any or all of his or her powers or functions under this Act to:

(a)

an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the Department; or

(b)

an APS employee who holds, or is acting in, an Executive Level 1 or 2, or equivalent, position in the Department; or

(c)

an official of another non‑corporate Commonwealth entity who:

(i)

is an SES employee, or acting SES employee, in the entity; or

(ii)

holds, or is acting in, an Executive Level 1 or 2, or equivalent, position in the entity.

(2)

In exercising powers or functions under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the Executive Director.
