84 Commission to take possession of certain documents
The new Commission shall take possession of, and be entitled to the custody of, all documents that were in the possession or under the control of the former Commission or the Flight Crew Officers Industrial Tribunal immediately before the commencement.
Where:
a document that was in the possession of the former Commission or the Flight Crew Officers Industrial Tribunal immediately before the commencement would, for the purposes of the application of section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 before the commencement, have been regarded as a document that relates to matters of an administrative nature; and
under subsection (1) of this section, the new Commission has taken possession of the document;
the document shall continue, for the purposes of that section of that Act, to be regarded as a document that relates to matters of an administrative nature.
In this section, document has the same meaning as in the Freedom of Information Act 1982.
