38 Annual report
(1)
The annual report prepared by the members and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 must also contain any other information required by the Agreement to be included in the report.
(2)
A copy of each annual report given to the Minister must be given to each member of the Ministerial Council as soon as practicable.
