21 Membership
(1)
The Board consists of the following members:
(a)
a Chair;
(b)
at least 6, and not more than 8, other members.
(2)
The performance of the functions or the exercise of the powers of the Board is not affected by reason only of the number of members falling below 7 for a period of not more than 3 months.
