27 Leave of absence of Board members
The Chair
(1)
The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines.
Other Board members
(2)
The Chair may grant leave of absence to any other Board member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
(3)
The Chair must notify the Minister if the Chair grants a Board member leave of absence for a period that exceeds 3 months.
