13 Establishment of Board
(1)
The Board of the Facility is established by this section.
(2)
The Board consists of:
(a)
the Chair; and
(b)
no less than 4 and no more than 6 other members; and
(c)
the Secretary.
(3)
The performance of the functions or the exercise of the powers of the Board is not affected by reason only of the number of members falling below 6 for a period of not more than 6 months.
