18 Leave of absence
(1)
If the Chair is an appointed member, the responsible Ministers may grant leave of absence to the Chair on the terms and conditions that the responsible Ministers determine.
(2)
The Chair may grant leave of absence to any other appointed member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
