22 Board meetings
(1)
The Chair:
(a)
must convene at least 2 meetings of the Board in each financial year; and
(b)
may convene other meetings of the Board if, in the Chair’s opinion, the meetings are necessary for the efficient performance of the Board’s functions.
(2)
The responsible Ministers may, at any time, direct the Chair to convene a meeting of the Board.
(3)
The Chair must convene a meeting of the Board if at least 5 members by writing request the Chair to convene a meeting.
