Amendment of licence at request of licensee

In force

(1)

The CEO may amend a licence (including a suspended licence) at the written request of the licensee.

Note:

For example, if there is a change in the name of the licensee, the licence could be amended to specify the new name.

(2)

Subsection (1) does not allow amendment of a condition of a licence.

Note:

Section 18 deals with variation of the conditions of a licence.
