30 Duration of quotas
(1)
An HCFC quota stays in force until the end of the quota period for which it is allocated, unless it stops being in force for any other reason before then.
(2)
A reserve HCFC quota stays in force until the end of the period specified in it under paragraph 28(5)(d), unless it stops being in force for any other reason before then.
