Reconsideration of reviewable decisions—application for reconsideration
65Z Reconsideration of reviewable decisions—application for reconsideration
An applicant or licensee may apply to the reviewer to reconsider a reviewable decision (the original decision) made in relation to the applicant or licensee, other than:
a reviewable decision made by the reviewer personally; or
a reconsideration decision.
The application must:
be in writing; and
be made within:
21 days after the day on which the original decision is made (or taken to have been made); or
if, either before or after the end of that 21‑day period, the reviewer extends the period within which the application may be made—the extended period; and
set out the reasons why the applicant or licensee wants the original decision reconsidered.
